Create your account
Google, Apple or a 6-digit code by email.
Boney uses no password. Three ways to sign in.

One button, pick the account, back into the app automatically.
By email
Enter the address, receive a 6-digit code, type it in. The account is created on first sign-in: there is no separate registration.
If the address is wrong, the code screen offers to correct it without starting over.
Stick to one sign-in method
Google, Apple and email lead to separate accounts if the addresses differ. Always using the same method avoids landing on an empty space that looks like data loss.
What comes next
Three screens, once only:
- Welcome
- Let's get acquainted — your first name, your currency, your language
- Create a first budget — or "Later"
The budget can wait. The first name and currency cannot: they are used everywhere afterwards.
If sign-in fails
The error screen distinguishes the cases: expired session, invalid token, access denied, missing code. In all of them, signing in again resolves it. A Contact support button sits on that screen.
